Question:Sand Making Machine (namely PCL Vertical shaftimpact crusher) is of high-power and low-consumption, which is designed depending on several years’ hard work and study of mechanical mining equipment. Sand Making Machine absorbed the advanced technology of the same products, now is of the international level. sand maker plays an important role in crushing minerals into pieces. PCL Vertical shaft impact crusher is widely used in all kinds of mineral, cement, corhart, bauxite, carborundum grain, glass raw material, machine made construction sand, stone stock and all kinds of metallurgy slag, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnetite, and so on material with features of very hard and anticorrosion. And Sand Making Machine is more productive than other kind of crushers.
VSI series is the newest Sand Maker which is renewed and develops on the base of PCL series, with international advanced level. Technology and modern processing equipment make it a leading role in this industry.
Working principle:
In Centrifugal impact crusher, material of high speed is crushed by self-broken mutual friction. Centrifugal impact crusher can not only crush but also shape stones.
According to feeding method, centrifugal impact crusher working form is divided into central feeding and central with cascade feeding. The crush form is divided into “rock on rock’ and “rock on iron” According to material compressive strength, abradability. There are four working forms: central with cascade feeding “rock on rock” and rock on iron”; central feeding “rock on rock” and rock on iron”.
