 Very polished

This theme is very polished. Very!. :))
You guys have made a theme which is a quite fair port but yet usable and without small rendering bugs. I think that achieving this is very difficult and I congratulate you for that.
The only thing I miss from KDE 4.2 is the scrollbar effect. I've seen similar effect at osx-scrollbar (latest Mac4lin includes that). Perhaps you could do something alike, because the effect in KDE4.2 is pretty cool. Nevertheless, that is an small issue.

The "Oxygenest" GTK 2.x theme!

Hi! I've modified Kim's theme too, but your theme is better than mine.
I've modified your menuitem.png, now the theme is the best port of the KDE 4.2 Oxygen Look.

Your menubar should start fading from 3.5/4 to the end, not from half! :P

Menu buttons should not have fading! The menubar item was ok, but it should be the only one with fading.

 Panel and menu bar

Most lack of thing is of course Panel, and menu bar has a quite ugly blue color which is not like the other menu when you clicked one. Otherwise it's really neat and nice.
