 Pidgin icon

Is there a way to get the old Pidgin icon back? I really like the two transparent chat boxes, and the new icon looks too much like the MSN icon style.
Other than that, FANTASTIC icon set!

Thanks for the comment, as you can see this theme pack is ever changing thanks to all the feedback this icon theme pack has got.

0.6 will include more options so the user can chose which icons they use personally e.g. folder icons

I believe this is the best solution as this allows the user to chose but this will increase the file size

As mentioned about the old icons before, the only thing that was really wrong with them, was that they were difficult to see against a white background. If it was me, I'd probably run them through the Gimp and make the inside a slight blue or gray off-white; either that or just increase the contrast of any edges of the white portions of the icon. The new icons, which are essentially KDE4 Oxygen, also work quite well for my purposes.

I'm wondering how people would feel about using nuoveXT or nuoveXT2's folder icons?

Well the change of the folders was done for the reason as talked about before (Too hard to see on white backgrounds). I personally never had a problem seeing the folders on a white background in Nautilus but that maybe due to my monitor settings in brightness and contrast (Left at Auto).

I did try using the nuoveXT/2 folder icons in older versions which where not released but I found the KDE Crystal Project folder icons more fitting

I will look in to improving and changing the original folders icons so they are easier to see, in the coming future versions

Thanks again for all the feedback and comments

 Gimp?

I just noticed today that the icon used for Gimp is the same as the one used for Appearance Preferences. Was this intentional or did I mess something up?

Yes that is how it is in 0.5

gnome-settings-theme.png and gimp icons have the same but gnome-setting-theme should use the style icon thanks for the heads up

 Uh oh...

Another great release, I noticed you changed the Appearance icon to be different from Gimp's, thank you!
One thing I am noticing, though, is that each release has fewer and fewer unique icons in it. When you switched to the new folders, there were no longer ones unique to "New Folder" with a plus sign on it, or the "New Bookmark" icons, and stuff like that. The extra emblems on the icons really do make them look better, please don't take them away! Another example would be the "Find and replace" icon; it's now the same as the "Zoom to fit" one, rather than having a magnifying glass with a pencil like it used to.
Please, don't get rid of the specialized icons, it's one of the things that keeps this icon set my favorite!

Thanks for the comment, I did not plan to release a update this week but though it would better to get a update out then nothing.

Before you think am replacing all the unique icons, with generic icons that is only temporary thing.

0.7 will include all the old unique icons but using the current icon set so they fit into the theme better

Thanks again for commenting, feedback is always needed
