This one ends up being my favorite after trying many.....many....themes in emerald, gtk, metacity. I am going to stick with this. I was originally doing a combo with smoothie metacity with tigris gtk

for newbies, (I had a bit of a hardtime...I'm newbie)extract and place shiftie_black folder into /home/yourusername/.themes

 one problem found so

I already found one problem. When you right click aplications->edit menus->and you select any of the item submenu or blackjack for example and you right click to properties, the launcher properties has the panel image tiled accross the whole menu and its kinda hard reading the names of each section. Tigris does not have this problem. Hope there is a fix soon. It's a good gtk and metacity theme.
