You are trying to write to the old location, you need to push to here: "bzr push --remember lp:~screenlets-extras-team/universal-applets/universal-applets-extras"

I'll generate new packages as soon as you commit successfully :)

Yeah, the hosting is right, the problem was because of the proxy on the University where I work.

 how to turn seconds off

by MatthiasKloas on: Nov 16 2008

I like the look of this clock.
What I did not find was an option to turn the seconds off. Is there any other than editing the python code?

Matthias

 for future upgrades :o)

This is a very nice screenlet. You wrote: "If you want to vote bad, please let me know what you dont like so I can improve it...", I actually did vote good but I can say despite what I found the screenlet good:

I understand that the digital clock comes with the idea of having the non lit parts of the clock visible. But with some themes it comes with the cost of visibility and clarity. Maybe you can increase the contrast to avoid that?

Secondly, it would be nice to have a date shown with the time. On the right hand side, instead of having the seconds running, I would very much prefer to see day, moth, year info...

I am not good enough to play with the source code but these are my two cents in case you want to make changes in the future...

i got an idea :)
what do you think that I implement to show date insted of time if click is hold on screenlet

eg. time is 22:51.10 then you click and hold and it changes to 16.04.09 and relese click it turns back to 22:51.xx ? :)
