Description:

Many people asked for it ...
VoilĂ  ! I did it ;-)

This theme is a free port of Vista icons. It is based on nuoveXT 1.6(from Saki). Many icons come from Internet (principally deviantART, and many other sites).

Use it only for personal use.

I decided to publish it because I can see many themes for OSX on GNOME-LOOK.ORG.

Changelog:

0.3 : First public release.

 Install Instructions

First of All - great theme.

Non of rearchiving is needed in order to install icons (at least in GNOME... I guess KDE works in the same way ... at least almost). Simply follow next steps:

1. Downloal archive
2. tar -xjf ./LiNsta_Icons_by_tiennou44.bz2
3. mv ./LiNsta-0.3 ~/.icons/

Go to Menu->System->Preferences->Theme and change icons set there.

Good Luck

 One Wish ...

Reduce Nautilus Path buttons height:

Open Nautilus (any folder... preferably in Ubuntu 7.04 - not sure if it was available in previous versions). Path of current folder can be displayed in two ways:

1. string
2. set of buttons (one button per directory).

So, these buttons (case 2) have very big height. Could you reduce it to make looking smaller as it is done in NuoveXT 2.2?

Thank you.

This is certainly the best icon set I've ever seen.

Using it for my blue theme:

Thanks!
