Description:

This is a revamp of my first icon theme nuoveXT.

Hope you like it ;-)

Constructive feedbacks are, as always, welcome.

For those who want to know, here's the info about the second screenshot:

...the one thing about it I never liked was that the trash can, when full, simply put a cover on it. I know this would kinda be like everyone else, but maybe make trash bulging out under the cover?

This icon set kicks ass, since 1st edition.

You could put more love on the stock icons, they dont look sleek as the others. Also, the toolbar icons are the most seen ones when a user is working, so they deserve care ;)

 Folders

There are actually three things I do not like about the 1.6 NuoveXT theme. (Note: I actually do like this theme, just to express some suggestion ;))

1) The "run" icon
2) The turn off computer icon
3) The folder design

For the first two, it's very personal feeling. I guess the main point is that those two doesn't really match the atmosphere of the theme well.

For the third point, I personally think the folder style of NuoveXT is a bit too dull than I like. Personally, I think making it more "lively" is better :)

That said, NuoveXT is still a very good icon theme. Thanks for your great work :)

I love the theme, but as stated before, the tool bar icons are lacking, they seem too bland, give them some more contrast and some sort of border, (like in the old nuoveXT they had a round border around the arrow). I think changing the trash bin idea is kool too. try adding some sort of design to the folders, like some curves and gradients. Other than that I think the new theme is awesome! Keep up the good work.

One of the better things into the first version of this icon set was the tool-bar icons. IMHO this tango-ish icons doesn't help at all.

However, the directory icon among others looks more finished yet.

I agree with the opinions on the toolbar icons as well. Looking at this preview, they don't really fit with the rest of the icons. The toolbar icons in the first NuoveXT set looked better.

Other than that, it looks very nice. Can't wait for these to be finished.

I love the first NuoveXT set. Any chance it'll get updated to conform to the new GNOME icon naming scheme?
