Description:

A Mac-inspired icon theme ;-)
Also greatly inspired by VannillA Cream Icon Set made by djnjpendragon (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/23903279/).
Again, all done with inkscape.

Constructive feedbacks are always welcome ;-)

Enjoy!

Changelog:

I've been using this theme for the past couple of days and just had to come back and say how impressed I am with the look of your icons. Quite seriously, it really provides a great looking desktop environment.

 Panel & Nautilus

After inserting the Icons and using it my Gnome-Panel as well as my Nautilus crash.

Nautilus tells, that an error occupied and it will be closed - but it restarts again and again...

I added a PNG version. This one should work (and even be faster).

Thanks a lot, saki - now it's certainly MUCH faster, 10 times or more I would say...

For those who have a last generation PC, I would recommend to use the SVG version, since it has a better a quality and it probably won't be any slower on your computers ;)

Thanks again, saki :)

I would have to challenge the performance issue on a newer computer. I have a 3.2 Ghz P4 with 2Gb of RAM.

The SVG icons are unusable on this system, as it comes to a screeching halt when opening a Nautilus window.

The PNG icons work great and I can now use this theme.

Great work!

Still the same problem...

"Die Anwendung »nautilus« wurde unerwartet beendet.

Sie können die Entwickler darüber informieren, was passiert ist und ihnen so dabei helfen, das Problem in den Griff zu kriegen, oder die Anwendung jetzt neu starten."

hmmm...I had that problem, but I can use the png version. Thx. Too bad I can't use it. Any chance of you adding shadows to the png version so that there's a little contrast, so we can see them? Especially the stock/toolbar/navigation icons.

this has nearly osX quality , a perfect icon set sir !
just one thought: the default "folder" icon is a bit too white . when i opened a folder with many other folders in it my eyes went like seeing into a flash :-).
