Which icon set is it?
and OT:
May you fix the progress bar in Milk2.1? It's my favourite but i had to change because of this mistake when start rendering the progress bar

I think the icon set is a custom version of the tango icon set
( http://art.gnome.org/themes/icon/1150 )

If i wouldnt use the cairo clearlooks, this would be my favorite i think

It's not a bug in the theme, it's a bug in gnome code. If a theme doesn't do it, it's because the creator used the horizontal for the vertical.

just change line 1286 in the gtkrc from;
file = "Progress/progressbar-vert.png"
to
file = "Progress/progressbar.png"

Sorry i probe fix this problem many times, but dont work....
If only works i use one image for the progressbar....
But vertical progress very uggly :(((

Very nice! I like the way it's minimalistic, but has some chunkiness to it, so it doesn't feel flimsy like most 'minimalistic' themes do.

Slower than Clearlooks, but not too bad.
