 getting better...

...but still some issues with the concept...

Though this is relatively clean...it appears to be a little to candy coated...this is GNOME after all...

But still, all in all a great concept.

'This is GNOME after all' - What's that supposed to mean...?

I think this mock-up is great - I'm not too hot on all the ideas, but I do especially like the idea of making the menu-bar not take up any more room than it needs to.

Keep up the good work, perhaps some of the devs on planet.gnome.org might be interested in this?

 background..

I'v been building some of my own stuff and got insterested about this consept. Could I have the background you are using in your consept pictures. Also I'd like to hear about where did you got inspirated and got ideas for this theme. (for example I see that some of the icons are from that nuoveXT family icon theme called Vista-Inspirate.) And oh, could I possibly get that earlier screen where was two screens in one, lower shoed the different panel types and such.

Thank you. :)

By the way, You got great consept, I hope that gnome will someday look like that. It's allmost as good as the KDE4 consept I have seen. Keep it going.

-I just found out the source of my problems-

 Switcher

The workspace switcher applet in the mockup contains only the numbers, and does not show window previews, as it does currently. I find it very handy to drag around windows between workspaces from the applet, which will be impossible if it only shows numbers.
