Hey, no idea what kind of intelligent differently person is rating (not only this one) items without comments. Could you, snow fellow, personalize yourself??

That's one great wallpaper you created there and it shows perfectly the spirit of ubuntu :) I love it!

I would suggest you make the ubuntu logo somewhat smaller, so it doesn't look that dominant. Kind of like the gnome foot in that gnome vista wallpaper: http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=28022

I guess it would look a bit simpler then, and simplicity is IMHO always a good thing for wallpapers. Or maybe you could make a version without the text and only the logo.

A bigger resolution like 1600x1200 would be nice, but I don't know what you can get out of that base picture you were using.

Did I mention that I love it? ;)

Thanks, mate.

We'll see how far we can go with Res. And I will look at logo too.

I am intending to play around with colors - not all people like blue, ;-), but everything in right time.

Keep going then.

I really like this idea...however, I think it would be even better if, as was earlier stated, the ubuntu logo was smaller.

Also, I think it would be better if the globe on the hands was a physical map and not a political one. The spirit of ubuntu seems to be better reflected by "everyone together in a community in this world" rather than "a community still divided by nations."
