Ambiance_BB-3D is quite unique in many ways as is going to pave the way for a difference in how gtk.css is the way I am going to do it for now on. This is a total rennovation of the original Ambiance and not meant to be it by no means. This is something to look at, provided you do not like plain looks.

Gtk.css has doubled things up a bit to hopefully provide users with a easier ability to create their own themes from it, which has always been my greatest intentions is to help everyone! A few new additions have come from all these changes have done which also create better action on the actives. You will now see on hover or active window on bottom panel text is lit up. This is something I have yet to see anyone do and am I happy to give this to everyone!

Menus are all the same, which adds to a more unique look and once again we have active text in tweak-tool drop down menus, which incidently is identical to applications/places menu which is awesome! With this change in gtk.css has also proven faster load time and file size has also been reduced by 12kbs, so is sweet!

As with anything new, I understand problems can arise. Please remember problems are things that do not work right and not that you have an opinion something should be different. Since, I have not yet tested this theme on 3.14, I can in no way guarantee its performance there. I am using 3.12 at present with a 4th or 5th version of OS\'s I create. Do not want to talk about the other 4, as 14.10 has proven to be quite challenging and same point aggravating. I plan to test this coming week on 3.14, but if anyone wants to check it, would be appreciate hearing the results and what I will have to deal with! Hope you enjoy this theme as has take a very very long time to develop to what you see in these pictures.

gtk.css has changed far as using same shading and functions for several areas in an effort to combine and increase function while reducing load time and file size.

 Very Nice.

I like what you have going on here with this theme, I definitely had to give it an up-vote. My only suggestion is that the red and green and cyan seem to be at odds with each other and would seem more consistant if it were shades of one color.

Thanks very much on that up vote. Makes all the time spent worth the effort. I admit am very flamboyant on coloring and can never seem to shy away from using three different colors on text or actions. Comes from enjoying seeing it happen on my own screen. As said, Not only do I make them I use them daily. This time around the Ambiance idea worked out. All other times never hit the mark correctly! Very happy you enjoy it.

For users of my themes, you will notice no more have been submitted. New design of Gnome3.14 will not support the main expressions of my art and I feel if I sucumb to their changes the whole meaning is lost and the looks become sickly. If a change comes about and Gnome returns to a more sensible and usable Flashback desktop as 3.12 and under were, better believe I will submit more. Til then am working on improvements to gtk-2.0 so my expressions will show properly on those type desktops.
