 ugly red icon

Hi, I really like your theme, it's almost perfect! but there's something that pisses me off.
I use ubuntu, and when I have an unread message in a pidgin or empathy, the envelope in the indicator applet turns red, as if it was an alert. I tried to find the icon to edit it with gimp and make it green or replace it with a less ugly icon, but I couldn't find it.

Here's a screenshot:

Would you make a better icon for the indicator applet? or at least tell me where to find the icon to edit it myself?

 Work of art

I have really bad GUI OCD and have been searching for months for an attractive, consistent, high quality ICON set and this is it. It's also very appealing on my netbook (whereas some icon sets look horrid when down-sampled.

Thanks for you hard work. This should be a default set of icons for Ubuntu.

 missing icons

Besides the missing rhythmbox icon, I also noticed that the fifrefox icons are mislabeled--firefox is now simply "firefox" and not "firefox-3.6" etc. Also, I was hoping you could make icons for Abiword, GCstar, Google Earth.

Thanks so much for your great themes and all your hard work.
