I confirm that this bug will reproduce if my Chinese title of windows is too long. But it is no problem when the title contain only English. If this bug can be fixed? Thanks.

There is a picture below.

Ok, I've committed a fix for the wrong text attributes. It will be released soon. It doesn't address the real bug though. The title are supposed to be cut of after 40 signs. Apparently that doesn't work as supposed in this case.

Could run

dockbarx_factory.py run-in-windows

to check if there is an error? I guess there isn't but it wouldn't hurt to make sure.

 Preview on XFWM4

Is it possible to get window previews on XFWM4? I have all the dependencies installed, but all I get when I hover over an icon is a larger window icon.

The previews works by sending the same signals as kde taskbars send to its window manager, kwin, to show plasma thumbnails. Compiz Fusion has a compability mode that can read those signals and that's why you get previews when you use either Compiz Fusion or kwin. Unless xfwm4 has a compability mode for kde's plasma thumbnail you can't use it, sorry.

If xfwm4 has it's own way of showing previews in windows, please tell me and I could add support for it, but I don't think it has one.

 Translation

What a great work it is!
I am Chinese and I want to help for the translation. But I have some questions during translating.
Firstly,I don't know what does the "_" before "_Minimize" or "Un_minimize" means. Is it required in my translation?
Secondly, the word "all windows" puzzled me.Is the space also requires in my translation?A space looks strange between two chinese words.
Can you answer my questions?Thanks!

The _ tells which button that should work as a short cut if you want to use the keyboard to activate the menu option. If it's not possible to use that in chinese, simply ignore it.

There where a few beginners mistakes I did when making the translations, one was to split up some sentences in two. " all windows" comes from "Close all windows" that comes up when you right click an group button with many windows. I hope it's translatable even if I split it up.

 Problem adding launchers

 by twa022 on: Jun 27 2010

running 0.39.4 on ArchLinux x86_64, I get the following error when trying to pin an application as a launcher:

** (dockbarx_factory.py:13191): WARNING **: Trying to register gtype 'WnckWindowActions' as enum when in fact it is of type 'GFlags'
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/dockbarx/dockbar.py", line 776, in on_pinned

File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/dockbarx/common.py", line 404, in set_launchers_list
launchers)
TypeError: value should be a string

the launchers stays available for that session, but after logout-login, the launcher is gone (the launchers key in gconf never has any value in it).
