Nautilus Script

Score 53%
Blog:  Link
Minimum required   GNOME 2.x
Downloads:  571
Submitted:  Jun 2 2010
Updated:  Jan 11 2011

Description:

This nautilus script helps to deal with Dropbox in nautilus. Just select one or more files (directories) you want to sync with Dropbox, right click and select the script from the menu. It will create symbolic links in the Dropbox directory and will sync as you expect.

The advantage of this is that you need not to move the files to be synced to the Dropbox directory. Instead you can work on the files where you want them to be.

Once the symbolic links are created, a new emblem will be added to the file but at the point of writing you need to refresh nautilus to see the new emblem. Hope to improve this in future.

For more info and how to use, please visit http://kalpapathum.blogspot.com/2010/06/dropbox-usage-made-easy-in-nautilus.html
