2.4.0:

This release removes all non-opensource icons, atleast if I
haven't overseen one, if so, leave a comment.

This version only shipps the 128x128 icons, for the sake of faster
down/uploading. Unpack the tarball, cd into the new directory,
and run ./buildallsizes.sh [requires imagemagick]. It generates
the 16x16, 22x22, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48 and 72x72 icons from the
128x128 ones. 22x22 may be a little bit blurry, but the others
shouldn't (as they're all powers of 4).
