Description:

EgConf is an MDM HTML theme designed to be user-configurable without hacking the source files.

This version adds the ability to customise the location of some of the theme's elements, and to set the size of the logo display.

The default theme is designed for Mint KDE but users can add new backgrounds and logos, and change the colours of most of the theme elements.

The clock can be configured to display the date and time in a preferred format.

The clock display has been internationalised and it will show the date and time in the language that has been selected in the Select Language dialog. The theme includes the Unicode font FreeSans which contains glyphs for most languages.

I have also added an easily customisable help dialog accessible via the Help button or the F1 key.

Check the readme file and the .conf and .info files for more information.

For anyone wanting to use this as a basis for their own theme, I have include a JSDoc reference of the JavaScript methods used.

Changelog:

Added a custom error handler for XMLHttpRequest

Cleaned up asynchronous function calls and added error handling functions where appropriate

Added layout configuration options to allow custom positioning of theme elements and resizing of logo

Implemented constant properties

Fixed broken function inherited from the original 'Clouds' theme

 GDM support instead of MDM

Hi,
I really like your theme but I am using gdm as display manager so when installing MDM it prompts me to uninstall gdm and install mdm. Could you do the same theme to support gdm, please?

Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately GDM does not support the functionality and styling used in my MDM theme, so there is no way to convert it to GDM.
