The icon theme is Crashbit. You can get it on gnome-look.

 Folders

You can find the Icon theme's name in the preview. Please look for that first before asking questions.

envyyouraudience:
I only wonder how you used the included folders? I found the folders under extras/, but how would I use them? Copy paste them into the places/? But there are many icons, which use the folder model, but have some sort of tag on them (like folder_home.png for instance) - and they will remain blue. :(

Rename the colored folder to "folder.png" and move it to /places. You need to do this in both 128x128 and 192x192 folders.

 Very nice, but one thing..

I really like the look of this, but one thing seems out of place to me. Why not make the scrollbars more visible? I would have trouble being productive when not being able to use them properly.

Clearlooks. Make sure you have the package 'gtk2-engines' installed.
