 Missing icons

Hi,

There are a few problems with your icon theme. The panel icons are falling back to the inherited icon theme when I use forced fallback mode. For example the following files are missing. I'm using Fedora 17 and not sure if this is specific to my distro but seems unlikely. Also the files should be png instead of svg else the panel will not scale them correctly. Again, this happens only on forced fallback mode. The regular mode is fine but there are some missing icons there too.

Volume Icons
------------
audio-volume-muted-symbolic.png
audio-volume-low-symbolic.png
audio-volume-medium-symbolic.png
audio-volume-high-symbolic.png

Mic Icons
---------
Medium and Muted icons are missing.

Bluetooth Icons
---------------
bluetooth-disabled-symbolic.png
bluetooth-active-symbolic.png

nm-applet
---------
nm-stage03-connecting03.svg is missing

I have converted them like so:

convert -size $(basename $PWD) -background none audio-volume-muted-panel.svg audio-volume-muted-symbolic.png

This way it will use the same icons in the normal mode and fallback mode.
