Description:

This is a lock dialog for Gnome Screensaver intended to complement the Dusk/Chocolate variation of the Arc-Colors GDM themes http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=88305 and the Shiki-Colors GTK themes http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Shiki-Colors?content=86717.
Enjoy!

This is a cobbling together of http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=88305 and http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=99783.

Arc Colors Dust Lock-Dialog Theme v0.1

Installation (courtesy ofSSulvkors):

1. Unpack files to /usr/share/gnome-screensaver/

2. Open gconf-editor (Alt+F2, type 'gconf-editor' and press enter) change the entry apps/gnome-screensaver/lock_dialog_theme from 'default' to 'arc-colors-dust'

If you want to get back you old theme you should do step 3 in reverse: replace 'arc-colors-dust' with 'default'

Based on Arc-Colors GDM Walls 2.7 by perfectska04 and Arc Colors lock-dialog 0.4 by SSulvkors (in turn based on New Wave Lock-Dialog Theme 0.6 by dilomo).

Both Shiki/GNOME-Colors "branded" and Ubuntu-branded versions are available.
Debian GNU/Linux and Gentoo versions will likely follow.

I have only created a Dust variant for now, as that's the color I use, but if there is interest in the other colors I can oblige.

Suggestions are always welcome.

Changelog:

v0.1 - Initial Release. Dust/Chocolate version with generic and Ubuntu logo.

 Can not install in Karmic

Hi
Thank you for the theme.
I tried to install it in Karmic. I copied the content of archive into the directory you mentioned and changed the gconf entry as you instructed.

But it is not using the new dialog and instead it is still using the default one.

I noticed that your file extensions are glade and gtkrc while the file already present in the directory are .ui files.

I will be thankful if you let me know how to install your provided dialog as it fits with Karmic theme

 Doesn't work in Karmic

Something must have changed in Karmic. Just as a test, I renamed the .glade to .ui and when I locked the screen, the entire lockbox itself turned into the theme I was trying to use.
